I haven’t received my item, who should I contact?

All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still think your order is missing, please email here.


How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

All order communication is done via Email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

We ship SG islandwide.


When will I receive my order?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.


How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order number via Email.



What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to return your items within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.


How do I return/exchange something in my order?

Click here to start your online return process. We must receive all returns and exchange, including the replacement of missing or damaged items, within 30 days of the purchase date listed on you receipt.


Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any purchased order. We only accept exchanges.
